    CEO

    Alle became part of the YWCA Bellingham family in 2016, driven by her desire to blend her financial and communications background with a deep commitment to community service. Her journey with the YWCA reflects a perfect alignment of passion and profession.

    In her role as the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Alle is enthusiastic about leading an exceptional team dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women. She is deeply committed to the YWCA's mission and is eager to enhance programming to reach and positively impact as many individuals as possible.

    Since 2011, Bellingham has been Alle's cherished home. Alongside her husband, she is actively raising two incredible children. Beyond her professional commitments, Alle finds joy in spending quality time with her extended family, and exploring the outdoors and on the water. In her role as CEO, she aspires to contribute significantly to positive change within the community.

I am honored to be working for an organization that empowers women to gain their self-esteem and independence.”

    “I recently moved to Bellingham but am PNW born and raised. I recently made a career change to case management after being a professional baker for over 10 years. During that time, I worked at a non-profit bakery teaching job skills to neurodiverse folks. I am excited to be working with so many amazing people at the YWCA!”

    “Aloha! My name is Kanoe (kuh-no-ee) and I’m Hawaiian and Alaskan Native. My husband and I have lived in Bellingham for about 7 years now and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I took this position with the YWCA because empowering women every day is truly an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. My previous roll was in property management and as the office manager, I’m able to apply my skills and grow.”

    Elliott Watkins (she/her)

    Senior Case Manager

    "I am beyond excited to be a part of this wonderful team at the YWCA Bellingham. I have a background working as an Independent Living Specialist at a Center for Independent Living, and I am passionate about work toward social equity. I earned my degree at Central Washington University having studied Media & Journalism, Human Resources Management, and Accessibility Studies. I look forward to contributing to the movement to end homelessness, and everything I will learn along the way."

  • Autumn McIntyre (she/her)

    Autumn McIntyre is a native Washingtonian. Born In Mount Vernon, she spent her youth growing up in Ferndale. Though she has traveled the world extensively, she has spent the majority of her adult years living in Bellingham and Whatcom County.

    She first obtained her real estate license in 2002. In 2019 she acquired her managing broker's license. Most of her experience has been gained selling residential resale and new construction homes. This experience gives her a unique insight into the property management process. Over the last few years, she has been leaning more specifically towards low-income housing. She is passionate about helping to find housing for all. The opportunity to work with the YWCA is so very much appreciated. She is grateful to have a job that focuses on helping community members that are experiencing homelessness.

    As an avid snowboarder, much of her free time is spent on Mount Baker with her two daughters. You may also find her on a trail with her dog, Ollie. Autumn is passionate about this community, its people and the environment. She envisions a future where everyone has a place to call home.
